Arsenal Won’t Be Making Another Bid For Alexandre Lacazette Says Lyon President

Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has told L’Equipe that he doesn’t expect Arsenal to come back with another offer for their striker Alexandre Lacazette.
The French club revealed this week that they’d turned down a £29m bid from the north London club, dispelling reports of a £40m offer.

A club statement said Lacazette.will play a prominent role in Lyon’s plans for the 2016/17 season and will not be allowed to leave.
And Aulas has reiterated those claims today, saying: “Arsenal have not come back and they will not come back. No one will leave Lyon.”
Alexandre Lacazette has scored 48 Ligue 1 goals over the last two seasons and was the subject of interest from West Ham earlier this summer
Arsenal have signed three players so far in this transfer window – striker Tasumo Akano, midfielder Granit Xhaka and central defender Rob Holding.
Holding played the full 90 minutes against the MLS All-Stars, with senior trio Per Mertesacker, Laurent Koscielny and Gabriel all currently sidelined through injury.
